Delays of at least 45 minutes have been reported outside Chichester following a serious crash today (September 04).
Lane 1 (of 2) is closed on the A27 Eastbound between the A259 near Emsworth National Highways reported on Twitter.
Sussex Police are on the scene and motorists have been advised to find alternative routes where possible.
